Editorial Board Members

Dr. Chia-Hsun Chang is reader in maritime logistics at Liverpool John Moores University, UK. He obtained his PhD from University of Plymouth, UK. His research interests include maritime management, risk management, logistics management, maritime autonomous surface ships, and maritime cybersecurity.

He has published more than 40 articles in maritime and logistics, including 21 journal papers and 22 conference papers. He also leads several projects from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in the UK, Economic and Social Research Council, International Association of Maritime Universities, and Royal Society. Chia-Hsun also participates in several EU projects.
