Editorial Board Members

Dr. Arron Honniball is a senior research fellow at The Max Planck Foundation for International Peace and the Rule of Law (Germany), principally working within maritime governance projects. Prior to joining MPFPR, Arron was a research fellow in the Ocean Law and Policy Team at the Centre for International Law, National University of Singapore (Singapore), and PhD Candidate at the Netherlands Institute for the Law of the Sea, Utrecht University (the Netherlands). He has published on numerous ocean law topics, including jurisdiction at sea, fisheries, international piracy, and maritime terrorism.
