Claire Dupont is Assistant Professor of European and International Governance at the Department of Public Governance and Management, Ghent University, Belgium. Her research focuses on EU climate and energy governance. She is the author of Climate Policy Integration into EU Energy Policy: Progress and Prospects (2016, Routledge). Since 2016, she has served as a member of the Scientific Committee of the European Environment Agency. She is also a Research Fellow of the Earth System Governance project.
