Editorial Board Members

Brian Webb is a senior lecturer in Spatial Planning in the School of Geography and Planning at Cardiff University. He has over 10 years of experience in planning practice and research and been involved in policy-focused research for a range of public, private, and non-profit organisations. He has undertaken research on housing and neighbourhood dynamics, national planning policy, strategic planning, infrastructure planning, and the governance and implementation of smart cities.
