Paul Greenhalgh is Professor of Real Estate and Regeneration in the Department of Architecture and Built Environment at Northumbria University in Newcastle upon Tyne, U.K.. He is a professionally qualified surveyor specialising in the development, appraisal and valuation of commercial real estate assets. Paul's research interests include spatial analysis of real estate markets, adaptation and financialisation of commercial property assets and evaluation of placed-based regeneration projects.
