Tigran Haas
KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden
He is the founder and director of the Civitas Athenaeum Laboratory (CAL), Applied Social Science Research Platform at KTH and the director of Graduate Studies in Urbanism. He was the co-founder and director of the first Scandinavian Urban Planning & Design Master’s Program at the School of Architecture and the Built Environment at KTH.
Tigran Haas has written more than 35 peer reviewed and book articles and has been involved in teaching over 20 courses in International educational programs. Tigran Haas’ key publications are: New Urbanism & Beyond: Designing Cities for the Future (Rizzoli, New York, 2008), Sustainable Urbanism & Beyond: Rethinking Cities for the Future (Rizzoli, New York, 2012) and Urban Planning & Design in Times of Structural and Systemic Change, with Krister Olsson (Ashgate, London, 2014).
