Editorial Board Members

Kobe Boussauw is an associate professor of spatial planning and mobility, at the Cosmopolis Centre for Urban Research of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. His research deals with the reciprocal relationships between mobility, planning, and the built environment, both in an analytical and in a policy oriented sense. Kobe’s concern is mainly with the relationship between proximity as a spatial quality, urban livability, and sustainability. Kobe built his academic career on former positions in urban and transport planning practice, as a consultant, as a civil servant for the Flemish government, and as an adviser for UN-Habitat in Kosovo.
