Editorial Board Members

Andrew Karvonen is an assistant professor in Urban and Regional Studies at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. He conducts research on the role of technology in sustainable urban development. He has completed research projects on infrastructure innovation, spaces of experimentation, and modes of sustainable expertise. He is currently conducting research on smart cities and emerging modes of local planning practice. He is a member of the American Association of Geographers (AAG), the European Association for the Study of Science and Technology (EASST), and the Royal Geographical Society with the Institute of British Geographers (RGS-IBG).
